RainingInside, aka Matthew Confer, is an artist experimenting with surreal eclectic possibilities and hyper dualistic thought to procure himself a space in the void of nothing to find personal freedom from harmful things. Most of his work centers on altered states of being and outward and inward perceptions of the self and others. He brings a dark and sometimes comic surreal twist to our modern realities. Loss of attachment, isolation and dissociation are some of the themes of his work. And he is writing this himself....in third person.
